About my artwork
Exploring the Intersection of collective unconscious and landscape.
As a visual artist, I delve into the complex relationship between the collective unconscious, socio- political dynamics, and landscapes. Through installations and artifacts, I seek to decipher and contemplate reality by merging auditory and visual elements. Spectators are invited on a journey that resonates with their consciousness as they engage with my work.
Layers and Depth: My approach revolves around layers, both physical and metaphorical. Overlaying elements adds depth and complexity, allowing for multiple interpretations and layers of meaning. I work with physical and conceptual materials to explore the boundaries of time and space.
Liminal Spaces: My projects often focus on liminal spaces, those edges where the known meets the unknown. These residual zones reveal insights about our social fabric. I conduct fieldwork, exploring discarded remnants to extract valuable information about our society.
Innovative Media: My research delves into innovative media and educational approaches. I aim to integrate chemical processes to convey messages with precision and clarity. Sound art, data collection, and symbolic analysis foster dialogue, introspection, and provocative discourse.
New Geographies and Subjectivities: I like to think that my works contribute to shaping new geographies and molding our subjectivity. Through interaction, I not only translate information but also nurture creativity and cultivate fresh ideas.
Beyond physical landscapes, I immerse myself in the Bergsonian philosophy of time, where time is not merely a linear progression but a fluid, ever-changing stream. Like Henri Bergson, the French philosopher, I invite you to consider time as a subjective experience—a continuous flow unfolding in the present.
The Subversive Moment: Imagine an instant when time rebels against its own linearity. It’s a moment of intensity, a rupture from temporal monotony. In my work, I strive to capture these moments, exploring how they manifest in urban landscapes and the collective psyche.
Intersection of Time and Space: Just as Bergson suggests, time and space are intricately intertwined. My installations and artifacts aim to reveal these connections. What happens when time folds upon itself in a forgotten city corner? How can we perceive and experience it?
Depth of Experience: My focus on layers aligns with this exploration. Layers are not only visual but also temporal. As viewers interact with my work, I hope they feel the texture of time—the vibration of those subversive moments.
Seeking New Geographies: My research seeks new geographies, not only physical but also of the soul. Where do threads of time intersect? In which urban corners do we find these subversive moments? These questions drive my exploration and creation.
In summary, my art is a journey toward profound understanding, a dance between time and subversion. Through media fusion, I aim to provoke dialogue and transform our perception of the world.
